Are you open to the general public?

Yes, we are open to the public. Anyone can visit us and take advantage of our wholesale pricing. Our friendly staff are happy to help you find what you need.

For guests bringing a livestock or horse trailer to be loaded, it must be free of any fecal material or animals prior to coming on property as we will be unable to load it due to bio security and safety to our staff. Please note there is no place to dispose of manure or soiled bedding.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We work with third party carriers and can deliver all over Canada. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. We offer free no obligation quotes through our extensive carrier network. We offer dry van, flat deck, HIAB, Super-B or intermodal.

What is your return policy?

Proof of transaction must be provided. If you do not have a copy of the receipt, we may be able to find it in our records with enough information (date, product quantity, etc.)

All products must be returned unopened. No partial product returns allowed. Exceptions made if a defect is discovered after opening.

Returns will not be accepted after 90 days. Product defects or damages will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and permitted at our discretion.

What is your warranty policy?

Edge Wholesale Direct will stand by its products. If you experience a manufacturer’s defect in the first year, let us know and we will do our best to make it right. Any warranty is voided if the product has been modified or used in a manner not intended for its design.
